Treat Yourself
Yes, this is the part with face masks! Find something truly relaxing and pampering that makes you feel good inside and out, and treat yourself to it a few times a month. A hot bubble bath, a pedicure at your favorite nail salon, fancy candles and soothing music–whatever it is, choose something that lets you forget all of your stresses and worries for a while.
